Meet in the Cricket Ground car park north of the A4 near the junction with the A365 at ST 825686. Walking boots advisable as the riverside can be muddy. Morning meeting only.

How to enter WOS photographic competition

The annual WOS photographic competition takes place at the December indoor meeting 7.30  pm on Wednesday 14th December at the Crown Centre, Devizes. All you have to do is come along to the meeting with your photos (A4 size or 10 x 8 inches). PLEASE ARRIVE BY 7.10 pm SO  YOUR PHOTOS CAN BE DISPLAYED BEFORE THE START. You can enter up to 3 photos, one in each of the categories:

• Wiltshire bird
• UK bird
• Other wildlife / natural history

All photos must be taken this year and be of WILD subjects (no captive animals / birds from sanctuaries / pets). A prize will be awarded to the best in each category as chosen by the members present.

Members: Please update your standing order

The annual subscription is going up from 1st January 2012. The new rate for both Ordinary and Family members is £15. If you pay by standing order, please be sure to update your standing order.
