 WOS accepts no liability for damages or personal injury occuring during its activities.

Before attending a field meeting, read the information in the events programme carefully. This information provides due warning if the meeting is likely to involve a long walk or uphill walking.

Be sure to wear or carry adequate clothing for the likely weather conditions of the day, and strong shoes or boots. If conditions are going to be wet, bring wellington boots.

Sorry, but no dogs may be brought to meetings.

To reduce the use of fossil fuels, WOS encourages members to car-share where possible.
