Knapp and Gurston Downs, Broadchalke

Sunday 3 December 2017; 9.30am, Knapp and Gurston Downs, Broadchalke.

A walk of about 6 miles over rolling chalk farmland with some gentle inclines in a particularly attractive part of the county. We should see a wide variety of farmland birds together Raven and some raptors. The walk will last until early afternoon so lunch should be brought. Meet on the track leading up to Church Bottom in Broadchalke, SU043251.
