Fyfield Down, Nr Marlborough

Sunday 4 September 2022; 9:30am, Fyfield Down, Nr Marlborough.

A 5 mile walk over chalk downland which includes a mix of hedgerows, open grazing and woodland. Birds should include a variety of types including finches, buntings and raptors plus the possibility of late migrants. The walk will probably last until early afternoon so lunch should be bought. 

The leader will be Brian Davies, details of his mobile number and the exact location for meeting is on the programme information sheet sent out with the Winter edition of WOS News and will also be given on the forthcoming events email which is sent at the beginning of the month in which the event is held.
