Haxton Down, Salisbury Plain

Our aim is to see raptors and owls and our leaders will take us to a spot most likely to achieve this.  We shan't be doing much walking as experience shows that for our target species, it is better to stay in one place.  Please bring lunch and dress warmly!  There are no toilets at this site.  Consent from Range Ops has been received.

Details of the meeting place and the mobile number of the leader will be in the monthly email which is posted either at the end of month preceding the walk or at the beginning of the month in which the walk is to take place and is also on the Programme which has been sent with WOS News.
