Wednesday 9 December, Slimbridge Wildfowl & Wetland Centre

This is an exciting time of year to visit Slimbridge with Bewick Swans and White-fronted Geese in residence, and the possibility of some interesting waders, such as Spotted Redshank.  Walking is on level ground, but it may be muddy, so bring stout footwear.  Entry is currently £19.90 per adult/£17.65 concession, free to WWT members. Lunch may be brought, or can be taken in the Kingfisher Kitchen.  Telescopes recommended if you have one.
